Phase 4 - The Obstacle Compass
Knowing where to go in times of need, creating guidelines for ourselves to overcome any challenge, and most importantly learn from it. Coming to the tribe for support.
Phase 6 - Purpose
A Man without Purpose is Empty, We guide the boys to find where they want to spend their time energy and attention to help others after and only after they have first helped themselves.
